Ozone Training
Our clients include young athletes ages 5-13, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as middle and high school teams. In addition, we work with general public and rehabilitation clients.

Speed When you come to train at the Ozone, you’ll leave faster, fitter and more powerful. We will teach you the skills of exploding on the mark, striding longer and faster that you have ever before - our goal is to make running effortless. You will sprint quicker than you ever could. Because at the Ozone, we identify and improve your running mechanics. We improve your stride, your hip flexibility, your knee drive, your arm swing, your leg turnover - even the way you carry your head. You will be fluid and efficient, more powerful and able to sustain your effort longer. |

Power Power is the rate at which work is performed or energy is converted. You need to employ strength and speed in order to achieve your goals - just like peanut butter needs the jelly. The two go hand in hand. At the Ozone, we work on building not only your muscle strength but also your cardiovascular strength - simultaneously. |

Agility Agility is the ability to change the body's efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills utilizing the combination of balance, speed, coordination, endurance, strength, stamina and reflexes. We help you develop the capability to rapidly and efficiently adapt to changes. We train both sides of the body, left and right, so it becomes symmetrical and equally strong - enabling both sides to respond equally. |
Prior to beginning a new training program with the Ozone, we establish a performance baseline and develop individualized sport specific training programs to improve overall speed, strength, agility, balance and core strength.
